1. Booking & Planning
There are two ways to book with us:
(1) Online: Choose a game that suits your group and follow the booking process on our website http://hunt4hint.de/buchen. You will receive a confirmation with all necessary information immediately afterwards.
(2) By phone: Call us at +49 89 130 130 89. We will guide you through the booking process and are happy to help you choose the right room.
For maximum flexibility, we recommend choosing “payment on site.” This way, you only pay for the people who actually attend if someone cancels at short notice. On site, we accept card payment, PayPal, or cash. Alternatively, you can pay via PayPal during the online booking process. If you have paid for more people than actually attend, we will refund the difference as a voucher.
We strongly recommend making a reservation in advance (online or by phone). Spontaneous visits are possible, but we cannot guarantee that a game master will be available or that a room will be free.
Especially for larger groups or popular time slots on weekends, we recommend booking in advance. We do our best to accommodate your preferences, but cannot guarantee short-notice bookings when fully booked.
Yes, vouchers can be purchased online or on site. Online, you can choose between an email voucher to print yourself or a physical voucher that we send to you by post.

All of our rooms can be played in both German and English. For other languages, please contact us in advance—we will always do our best to accommodate your needs.
2. Participants, Age & Safety
Most of our rooms are suitable for children aged 8 and above.
Our escape rooms vary depending on location and theme, and each room offers versions for both children and adults:
Rotkreuzplatz:
Message in a Bottle – 8 years / 12 years / 16 years
Alien Invasion – 10 years / 12 years / 16 years
Realm of the Senses – 12 years / 16 years
Landsbergerstraße:
In Orbit – 12 years / 16 years
Journey into the Unknown – 8 years / 12 years / 16 years
Important notes: Children under 12 may only play when accompanied by an adult (18+). Teenagers aged 12 and above may play without supervision but require a consent form signed by all legal guardians. From the age of 16, no consent form is required.
Yes. The doors are magnetically locked, but can be opened at any time using an emergency button. Our game masters also monitor the game continuously via camera and microphone.
We place great importance on you solving the puzzles as independently as possible. Our game masters only intervene subtly to support the flow of the game and ensure that you can fully enjoy the experience within the 60 minutes.
3. Before, During and After the Game
Please arrive 15 minutes before the game starts for the introduction and preparation.
Comfortable clothing is recommended. Smartphones and smartwatches are not allowed in the rooms and can be safely stored with us. Otherwise, all you need is your mind—and sometimes a bit of courage.
The actual game time is 60 minutes. Since you should arrive 15 minutes early, please plan a total of around 75 to 90 minutes for the introduction and debriefing.
Video recordings inside the rooms are not allowed to avoid spoiling the puzzles. However, after the game, we are happy to take a free team photo of your group.
